I typically do not do "insta-relationships," where everything is already laid out before we role-play. Instead, please post plot or thread ideas while suggesting your characters for certain positions!

For acquaintances testing it out, this section will include folks that Morgan happens to have met only a handful of times. She's still not too sure of these people or perhaps feels completely neutral to their existence. Considering Morgan's shy nature, people tend to stay in this section a little longer until Morgan is comfortable deciding on how she feels about them one way or another.

Icing on the Cake

For friends and lovers, this section will include folks that Morgan finds endearing and are friendly to her and other people. Morgan loves sharing her findings and knowledge with others, as well as learning from folks in return, and if she is comfortable enough, she could happily talk about shared interests and hobbies for hours with another. If she realizes that another is flirting with her, Morgan will probably get flustered but flattered if the one flirting is being genuine and sweet.

For enemies and rivals, this section will include folks that Morgan would find distasteful. Show-offs, bullies who prefer throwing their brute strength around, and ones that would harm others will probably find themselves in this list. Likewise, folks in this list may be some people who do not like Morgan's quiet nature, since she may seem like a wallflower, opting for her books and passive solutions rather than adventures.

[Kurt Emerson]

I'm excited that Morgan Porter joined Kurt in "While the Trainer is Away," since I don't think we RPed them together much (if at all) on the previous versions of this site.

I feel like Morgan and Kurt will end up being decent friends. Kurt may be a little more enthusiastic than Morgan (yet he has matured since the original Pokemon Ranch board) but I can't see him being so energetic that he scares her. He definitely enjoys helping others, so if Morgan ever needs a hand, he'll volunteer.

I honestly can't remember if we ever threaded them together! Such a travesty!

But, yes, I like how they're getting along in that thread. I think Morgan will definitely end up looking up to Kurt with all his experiences and know-how. She'd probably still be more comfortable talking to Kris, but she'll always know that Kurt will be in her corner if she needs him to be. I can see them having a sibling-like relationship or even Morgan getting a light crush on him as we develop them more.
