Been traveling in packs that I can’t carry anymore

It was still a growing landscape, Kenzo was deciding, but one that was quite lively already. Gaia Island seemed to only be one part of a much larger landscape that made up the Ascua Region, though its size and activity were nothing to scoff at. It was bigger, certainly, than what Kenzo was accustomed to living among, the bustling marketplace he was met with after arriving at the Central Port far larger and more vivacious than the quiet expanse of White Forest. It didn't compare to Castelia or Nimbasa by any means, yet it still put to rest any idea that the advertisements for new Ranchers was because of any desperation or severe shortage. But even just on the ferry in, passing through the region and around part of the island of Gaia itself, he could tell there was a lot more than just the main hub of activity, and that there was spacious untamed land here aplenty that he could grow familiar with quite easily.[break][break]
The beginning of Kenzo's arrangements to settle into Ascua were partially done already, the region and several figures on it had been openly trying to attract those with any interest or experience with ranching or breeding to come to the region and Gaia Island to take some of the land and build up a property there. It had seemed almost too perfect an opportunity, an excuse perhaps, to take the jump, and to get him started with a direction, one that he had no shortage of first-hand familiarity with. He wasn't the most used to digital means of communications, but he'd gotten around a public system enough to arrange not only travel, taking a small amount of saved funds as well as a gift (for good luck, though he had repeatedly tried to insist he did not need money) to lay down the investments and purchases he would need to get land and supplies.[break][break]
While Kenzo had been at it, it had seemed practical to look at what information the group had posted. He had seen a lot of the "main" island, though he wasn't sure if such a reference to Gaia was referring to it within the context of Ascua, or merely for the purpose of their program, and not only was it surprisingly diverse in biomes, but it was largely untouched yet, with only a handful of established properties and farms upon it outside of the main city at the docks. He had a fairly good idea already of what he wanted, a vision in his mind, per say, of what he wanted to buy and build towards here.[break][break]
Yet, first, of course, was getting everything purchased and registered. Kenzo would manage to find the Main Office without too much trouble, digging from a satchel at his side a battered notebook he had written a few notes on already, though a pencil was slid into it's spiral backing in case there was something else. Flipping it open and paging to the messages relevant to Kenzo's current business, the dusty Unovan traveller paused outside the building, he finally raised his caramel gaze back to the structure, one hand rubbing at a slender ring on the other with a soft smile. Then, prepared, he entered, casting a cursory glance about the entry-way, looking both in curiosity, and to find someone within who worked there and could assist the aspiring Gaian Rancher, his figure decidedly a little out of place, dusty and weathered, but a warm upwards turn still on tanned lips.
